Description

Qproof reduces water absorption and makes cement-based mortars less permeable. Qproof diminishes pores, repels moisture and, due to the contents of plasticiser, increases workability and resistance to frost. Qproof is excellent for all rendering finishes e.g. in basements and external sides of swimming pools, as an admixture for pebble renderings etc.

Dosage

Qproof should be dosed proportionally, as 0,4% to 1% of the cement content in the mix (typically at a rate of 350 ml per 50 kg of cement). Dose thoroughly and add to the mixing water. Do not premix with other admixtures. Avoid overdosing.

Storage

Qproof should be stored in clean and tightly closed containers. If frozen, thaw, shake and stir well until homogeneous. Its shelf life in closed containers is 12 months from the manufacturing date specified on the packaging.
